SMS Messaging Terms – ResponseFlo

Program Description
ResponseFlo provides automated missed-call text-back software for dental offices. When a patient or prospective patient calls a dental office that uses ResponseFlo and the call is not answered, our system automatically sends one (1) SMS text message to the caller's phone number. This initial message identifies the dental office, acknowledges the missed call, and offers to help via text.
Continued SMS conversation only occurs if the caller chooses to reply to that initial message. If the caller does not reply, no further messages are sent.
How Consumers Opt In
Consumers opt in to receive SMS messages by placing a phone call to a dental office that uses the ResponseFlo platform. If the call is missed (not answered), the consumer receives one automated text message. By replying to that text message, the consumer opts in to a continued SMS conversation regarding their inquiry, such as scheduling an appointment or asking a question.
Consumers do NOT opt in by filling out a website form. The opt-in is initiated entirely by the consumer's phone call to the dental office.
Types of Messages
Messages may include: missed call acknowledgment, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, answers to patient inquiries, and follow-up communications related to the dental office's services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Consumers may receive 1–10 SMS messages per interaction, depending on the nature of their inquiry. If the consumer does not reply to the initial text, only one message is sent.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. ResponseFlo is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
Consent Not Required for Purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the dental office or from ResponseFlo.
No Sharing of Opt-In Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Retention
We retain phone numbers and SMS message history for up to 12 months after your last interaction for service quality, compliance, and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing responseflow@gmail.com.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
TCPA and CTIA Compliance
ResponseFlo's SMS messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) messaging guidelines and best practices.

3. SMS and Text Messaging
If you interact with our SMS messaging service, the following applies:
• We collect your mobile phone number when you call a dental office using our service and your call is missed.

• We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
